Elegant, long and delicate, asleep in their illustrated boxes, they patiently wait for their destiny. If the box is left slightly open, they will slightly scent, in their sleep, a drawer, a cupboard or a study.
On the French Riviera, between Mandelieu and Saint-Raphaël, the ochre slopes of the Massif de l’Estérel are throwing themselves into the clear Mediterranean waters. Between coves and scrubland, typical aromatic plants of the region grow side by side with mimosa, imported on this volcanic land at the beginning of the XIXth century. Its clusters, of the brightest yellow, now graciously perfume the Massif slopes, where it has been flourishing since its introduction by botanists during the Second Empire.
