IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE AND POLICIES

Thank you for your order! We appreciate your business.

As a small, family-owned company, we strive to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible. We personally handle all shipments, ensuring each order is carefully prepared for delivery.

Please note that we exclusively ship via UPS. To process your order, we require your shipping address, phone number, and email.

Before shipment, all goods are thoroughly checked for damages.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping in many cases, and unlike many other businesses, we do not charge a handling or wrapping fee. Every item is wrapped securely to ensure safe delivery.

To file a claim, we will need the following:

  • Photos of the box as you received it. We keep proof of delivery from UPS, so any damaged packaging must be documented with photos at the time of delivery.
  • Very Important: Video Recording - Please provide a clear video showing the unboxing process. The video should clearly demonstrate any damage to the items as you unwrap them. Without this video, we cannot process any claims or take responsibility for damages.
  • The video, along with a description of the damaged item, must be emailed to us within 36 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please retain the original packaging materials, as we will need them for inspection. Without the original packaging, we cannot proceed with a replacement.

Once we receive your claim, we will file it with UPS and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
